At Juicebox, we celebrate the mind, body, and soul—honouring every age, shape, gender expression, sexual orientation and story. We’re unlearning shame through education and exposure therapy. We’re building confidence through hands-on practice and redefining what normal is. At the heart of it all, we’re reclaiming pleasure as something sacred, sovereign, and defined on our terms—not by culture, religion, media, or anyone else.
At our events we explore new ways of being, ways rooted in deeper truths, compassion, emotions, sensuality, and liberation. While also breaking down social norms around love, expression, and identity. Whether it is through intimate workshops, embodied rituals, empowering parties, daring conversations, or simply holding space for each other’s emotions. Juicebox invites you to embrace who you are! Fully, unapologetically, and in connection with others.
Why We Focus on SexualityWe are feminists working toward true equity for women and non-binary. Any freedom that excludes our sexuality is only partial. It leaves us disconnected from ourselves and each other. What is freedom worth if we’re still ashamed of our bodies and desires? For centuries, sexuality—especially feminine sexuality—has been suppressed, shamed, and controlled. Through laws. Through religion. Through cultural conditioning. The impact of that runs deep, shaping our self-worth, our relationship to our bodies, how deep we connected with each other and how we express our desires.
Sexuality is a fundamental part of being human. It affects us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That’s why we choose to center it. Not because it’s all we are, but because it’s the part of us that has been silenced the most. Reclaiming it is essential to our liberation.
Through sexual liberation, we open the door to deeper joy, deeper connection, and a more vibrant way of living. Sensuality becomes a way back to the body, to presence, and to a fuller, richer life.
Embracing Masculine & FeminineJuicebox is rooted in the feminine, but we are not only about the feminine. We honour the sacred role of masculinity too, not as something based on gender, but as a vital energy within all of us. While we focus on healing what has been suppressed in the feminine, we also invite women and non-binary beings to reclaim their inner masculine: to take charge, ask for what they want, hold space, and lead with confidence. So either you are super fem, goldstar lesbian, maybe bi or butch as can be, you are welcome to join the Juicebox Community.
Welcome to Juicebox
The Queens
I started Juicebox in 2018 because I craved a space where I could explore my sexuality, but I didn’t know where to go. As the entrepreneur I am and my main coping mechanism is hyper independency, I tried to created one. It began with a simple Facebook group, a goal of gathering 50 like-hearted people, and a curiosity burning in my chest. Today, that little spark has grown into a vibrant, international community of over 6000 souls and counting. Since 2018 Juicebox has transformed into something so much deeper, a living, breathing community rooted in connection, liberation, vulnerability and support. As I’ve explored my own layers-desire, shame, queerness, freedom—this project has become a reflection of that journey. It’s not about sex. It’s about softness, sensuality, self-love, and spirituality. It’s about returning to the body, and remembering who we are when we strip away expectation.
This is a heart project. A holy one. Not something I do for money (because trust me, I don’t earn much from it), but because I know in my bones that we need this. We need spaces where the feminine in all its forms can be celebrated, supported, and loved without condition. When women and non-binary beings gather in safety, play, and reverence, something sacred and magical happens. We soften. We rise. We remember we are not alone. That’s what Juicebox is for.
As for me, I'm a multi-passionate entrepreneur with too many dreams to count. One of them? To live in a castle by the sea with a wild, magical, fiercely feminine collective. (A Juicebox Castle, obviously.) I’m a wildcat and a rebel, devoted to disrupting stigma and shaking the roots of shame, control, and patriarchal nonsense. I will flash my nipples and walk around naked every chance I get. And underneath all that fire, I’m also deeply honest, wildly empathetic, and endlessly open-hearted. Freedom isn’t just something I fight for—it’s something I live. And my deepest wish is to help others experience that same liberation, in their own delicious way.

My juicebox journey started just before Christmas of 2018. My colleagues had invited me to what they described as a sexy all girls slumber party and I was SO EXCITED. The event was everything I never knew I needed. We decorated vulva shaped gingerbread cookies, licked whipped cream off each other and orgasmed till sunset. Just WOW. I needed more!!! After another three years as an active attendee, I was offered the opportunity to host my very own mini Juicebox parties, and I’ve been proud to call this the best job ever, ever since!
Since then I’ve taken on a lot more inside the community. I’m now Event Lead and Coordinator, which means I run events every month, support the team, make sure things flow, and guide our amazing volunteers. I bring a background in Drama & Performance from London South Bank University and Culture & Event Management from Danvik Folkehøyskole, along with additional training in Diversity & Inclusion (ESSEC Business School), Human Resources (University of Minnesota) and The Science of Well-Being (Yale University). I’ve also spent years in leadership roles, including running a team of 20 people as a store manager, so I’m very used to keeping big, beautiful, chaotic things running smoothly.
So what am I like as a person? I like to think I’m empathic and kind, and that I’m your typical mom friend. My vibe is definitely chill and feminin, with some moments of “stomp on men”. I will always happily reply to whatever questions or concerns you might have, and will make sure your being taken care of in this wonderful community!

My Juicebox journey started when I divorced. I was not in a good place and had to rebuild my life completely. Through Juicebox I found love, support, new friends and so much fun!! It also gave me a brand new perspective on life, and many roles in the community. I host Creative Workshops, IntroJuice and am the Queen’s personal Costume Designer. I also bring over 16 years of experience from the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet, where I worked with costume design, textiles, creative processes and body expression.
I also serve as the Equity Officer in Juicebox. That means I hold the responsibility for making sure everyone feels welcome, safe and included. I work with accessibility, emotional well-being, and making sure we honour different bodies, backgrounds, neurodivergencies and needs. Basically, I protect the integrity of the community.
As a person, I am kind, caring and playful. Love to be creative and sew up a storm!! The ways I contribute in Juicebox are through creativity, art, sensuality, connection, conversation and play. Come explore with me!! I can also offer a great deal on the mental health topic and hardships in life because of self-lived experience.

I love Juicebox because it's more than just a community—it's a space where people are free to explore, heal, connect, and come home to themselves. My own journey here has been deeply juicy, full of growth, courage, connection, and learning to hold others with the same tenderness I once needed.
Being the Community Care Coordinator fills me with purpose; I get to help shape a space where people feel safe, seen, and supported. I lead our community care team called the Carebears, train them in consent, emotional first aid and grounding techniques, and make sure every event has solid structures for support and safety. I’m the one people come to when emotions get big, when something feels off, when gentle de-escalation is needed, or when miscommunication or a breach of boundaries or consent must be mediated with clarity, compassion and accountability.
Holding others in their most vulnerable, radiant moments is an honor, and it reminds me every day why I believe in this work and this community with all my heart.

I joined Juicebox back in 2018 as a guest, as a helper and as a former lover to Sofia. I was amazed by the naked, free and wonderous bodies that joined the parties and fell in love with the concept so much I stayed for my whole queer journey, which goes somewhat like this: I love exploring sexuality with people and Juicebox has provided me with a number of interesting people, bodies, conversations and opportunities. I feel more secure in my sexuality, my body and my curiosities towards all things sex, pleasure and boundries.
As a person: I am half Swiss and half Norwegian, I have not just one but two bachelor’s degrees (one in criminology and one in sociology), and a master’s degree in sociology where I focused on sexuality, queer culture and how women relate to porn. I’ve also spent years doing leadership, mentoring and political work within sexual health organisations like SNU in Sex og Politikk. Basically, I’ve spent years studying why we desire what we desire and how society shapes it.
However I am 80% bratty in my sex life. The other 20% is for special occasions where I let my mood, my interests or my curiosities take the wheel.

My Juicebox journey began when I was searching for more feminine communities and safer spaces to explore. I joined a Minijuice without knowing quite what to expect, and what I discovered was more than I had ever hoped for. In Juicebox, I found a community where I could explore and express my sexuality, my femininity, and my freedom. I felt deeply safe, at home, and as if a whole new world had opened before me.
Eager to share this magic with others, I immediately wanted to bring more events to Trondheim, so that the beautiful people here could experience this playful, transformative community. Since then, I have continued to learn, grow, and expand alongside this community. I feel so grateful to witness Juicebox blossom in Trondheim, and to keep co-creating spaces where people can feel free, connected, and deliciously themself.
As a person I am caring and loving, always wanting to help the people around me feel safe and seen. I love building spaces and communities for connection, exploration, art and freedom. My dream is to bring change that creates a world free of shame and full of connection and warmth. If you want to ask me anything, connect with me, collaborate in creating events, spaces or art, you can contact me at @ninasvarten
I joined the Juicebox community in 2022 initially as a way to explore myself more deeply. What I didn’t expect was how profoundly it would shape me. Through this journey, I’ve reconnected with my body, my sensuality, and my sense of empowerment. I’ve slowly peeled away layers of shame and discovered new parts of myself—softer, bolder, more alive.
What draws me to stay in this community is the connection. I feel held and inspired by the presence of like-minded individuals who are also walking this path of truth and embodiment. Being part of Juicebox gives me the space to be real, to grow, and to celebrate my sexuality without filters. I want to continue this journey—not just for myself, but in shared sisterhood and expansion.
At my core I’m a teacher, a lifelong learner and someone who understands the world through the body. My background includes a master’s degree in special pedagogy, a teaching degree from Det Nødvendige Seminarium, and advanced training in Somatic Experiencing. Combined with over a decade of experience supporting people in emotionally complex situations, I bring a grounded, compassionate and deeply embodied approach to learning. In Juicebox I weave all of this into the spaces I hold, guiding others into deeper understanding of boundaries, sensuality, emotional truth and self-expression.
In Juicebox I facilitate somatic workshops, embodiment practices, reflective group processes — and I’m also the community witch. I guide the more magical gatherings focused on releasing shame, strengthening vulva-power, manifestation rituals and inviting spirituality into the body. My heart is in helping people remember their own power, soften into themselves and grow in community.

Events
Juicebox creates brave spaces for body positivity, self-love, and deep liberation through connection.
Some of our events are sex-positive, which means that sex is never expected or pressured, only welcomed if it is a “HELL YES” and consensual. Other gatherings are fully close-on, offering space to meet the community, explore intimacy, and nurture emotional connection without any sexual context.
We know what we do is daring. It can feel like a big step. Most of our members sit on that fence for years—waiting for that one beautiful day to dare. Don’t worry to much, because longer you wait, the deeper and better our services becomes. The right time will come.
If you’re feeling nervous, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re got you!
All events are for women and non-binary ONLY!
You will not be refunded if you purchase incorrectly.
The original party where it all began. Hosted at Sofia’s custom-built 320 sqm Juicebox Villa, these gatherings are a transformative nine-hour journey designed to spark connection, curiosity, and liberation. Each event includes a shared dinner, performances, and guided workshops that help you open up, dive deeper, and truly meet each other beyond the surface.
At the heart of it all is our one-of-a-kind dungeon—a dreamy fusion of forest floor, opera stage, and vulva room. Yes, it’s as magical (and wild) as it sounds. These parties are a space for beautiful souls of all sizes, colours, and expressions to gather, feel free, and be celebrated.

We recommend everyone to attends these classes to understand and embody our culture. They help you practice open communication, express desires with clarity, and cultivate consent as a natural part of connection. When you show up for these courses, you show up for the kind of society you want to live in one rooted in awareness, respect, and deeper connection.
This four hour workshop is a brave and supportive space to explore essential communication skills. You learn how to express boundaries and desires, how to say no without guilt, and how to move through rejection without taking it personally. You also practice tuning into your body so you can sense what you truly want rather than slipping into people pleasing. These foundations open the door to more grounded, joyful, and liberating connections.
